Great salesman and great installer.Working fine.

The stair lift is great, and I find that it really saves me a lot of strain on my knees. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of all 5 is because I did have it stop on me one time for no apparent reason, and I got off partway down the stairs and fiddled with it to try to get it going again. After a while it did respond, and I never figured out what made it stop. There was no obstruction or anything. So far that has only happened that one time. My other slight complaint is that the power swivel is a bit noisy and squeals a bit when it's turning with me sitting on the chair.

It is great. I just wish you didn't have to hold the button down the whole time to take it up and down. Sometimes I have things I need to take with me and it is hard to hold down the button. Other than that it is great.

The lift continue to scratch the chrome on the vehicle hatch. Its needs to be some type of bracket or stopper in place between the vehicle and the lift, to brace when stopping the vehicle or hitting your brakes.

Moves a little too slow for me. Do not like alarm constant when I leave lift turned to landing at top of stairs. Do not like to have to return chair to parked position while leaning over chair at top of stair or having to rotate chair when at top of stair. Wish I could turn off alarm and not wait for a service call to remedy issue

Product arrived on time.

The unit itself is great. It was installed the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. An initial problem made it quit after using it 3 times. I called for service first thing Wednesday. It took 4 more calls and one week to get someone out to fix it, a minor adjustment.

I wish it went a little faster and the driving mechanism is on right side and I'm left handed.
