Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Service was awesome. Installer was very kind and professional.

The Bruno stairlift is everything I had hoped. It works very well, the chair folds close to the wall when not in use, and I especially like that the rail is vertical. The chain is hidden and is protected from dust. The cost was reasonable. It is a great value!

Unit has operated as promised by the installing company. Installation was done in one day and very professionally. Installation crew came prepared with face mask due to COVID-19.

I had put off getting a chair lift just for a reason of pride. Then I received a sales knock from Logan. The nicest young man ever. He reviewed benefits, charges, warranties , and the price is what sold me. I expected it to be much more. I use this lift daily and sometimes more than a few times. I use it for transport of laundry, frozen foods, and myself. Not scary at all to use. I am more than happy with my purchase

We had looked into the Bruno Stair Lift about 9 months ago but were not ready yet. We have a second floor Condo and it was now time to have this installed. I have been having trouble with my knees and the stair lift has been a big help. I still walk the stairs on occasion for the exercise but do not overdo it. I am very satisfied with our sales and installation from a business, which is right here in our town. They did a great job and were very helpful and personable. Very good service on the installation and very helpful with information to help us decide.

I can now go up and down the stairs without pain

On notifying the installers that the loose bottom panels were rubbing the carpet, an installer responded quickly and raised the end of the track which cured the problem. I have taped the panels up and seem to staying in place. We find the lift is very convenient and useful.Thank you very much. George Temperton
