I am very happy with my purchase.My one concern is this: I would think a company as well known as Bruno, would have a help line at the company. I called looking for an answer to a question i was having with a small problem There was no answer for it in my owners manual. But NO, they do not have anything like that. Might be a good idea for the future. Since the stair lifts are made there, who better to know what might be the problem. I did figure it out, but I am older, and it would have been more helpful to have had assistance.

October 2019 Chair lift installed; April 2020 smaller lift installed. September 2020 annual check-up wilel under warranty. Replace part of the track. Every time I contacted them great attitude on the phone, good service. Fast response. Can say nothing bad about them. This is where the book on Customer service should be written,.And product simple to run and maintainThey accommodate; They help and succeed for you. Deal with them A sure thing to address you requirements.

The only thing I noted was the speed of the chair going up and down, it being somewhat slow, however, I do realize that the speed is regulated by the State.

This is a great investment and and works like a charm!!!!!!

Easy installlation process and has been easy to use

Our chair was installed on the day we requested and the men were very polite and the electrician they hired was also great ,cleaned up after he was done with the wiring! The other men were also considerate of the new carpeting we had put in the day before. The chair works wonderful, I had just had back surgery 5 days earlier and this made it so I could come down to the main floor and not be confined to my bedroom! I love the Bruno products I have a Bruno Mobility Scooter also and that's why I chose the chair. Thank You

This has been a game changer for me. Now I have access to both floors in my home and really feel part of the family again!
