My 90 year-old Mother lives in an assisted living facility in Iowa and I was bringing her to my home to visit her family here in Chicagoland. When she was here last year the stairs to the upper level of our house were a struggle, and I knew she wouldn't be able to maneuver them this year. I knew I couldn't get a custom made curved stairlift installed before her arrival this past summer, so I contacted a local Bruno rep and they installed a rental lift to accommodate Mom during her first visit this year and it really helped a lot. When it was time for a second visit from Mom this fall we had the permanent curved stairlift installed and she absolutely loves it because of the mobility it provides for her. I am very well pleased with the quality and ease of operation of this purchase, and if my Mom is happy then I'm happy!

Love my stair chair. Smooth and easy to use. I wouldn't be able to get to the basement to do laundry without it.

Our Stairlift was installed in Pennsylvania while we were living in Arizona. We chose the model based on reviews we read. It was the right choice. The chair ride works beautifully. It is simple to operate. We needed a rail extension because the normal operation blocks a door into our garage. We chose the automatic version which has been a lifesaver.

I am very happy with my new "stair chariot". It is helping me to spend more time downstairs where my piano and sewing machine are, giving me an outlet to occupy my spare time with my hobbies. I use it at least once a day where before I would skip days before exerting the energy to go down and struggle back upstairs. I can't find anything to criticize unless it would be to wish that it was a little more streamlined to take up less room when it is parked at the top of the stairs. I love it! I feel so motivated to move around now that I can find something to do downstairs rather than become a "couch potato" upstairs.

WE LOVE OUR STAIR LIFT. $12,000 IS A LOT OF MONEY FOR THIS LIFT. WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE?
