Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Excellent! It serves us up and down steep stairs.

An excellent piece of engineering and a stylish, smooth and safe ride for all. Compact, easy to operate and maintain with Lancaster Mobility of Langley, BC, providing a most excellent installation and a very patient customer-oriented experience with follow up. I highly recommend the Bruno product and Lancaster Mobility - a winning combination that our family will refer others to who are looking for peace of mind, reliability, safe movement and the continued opportunity to remain at home. Thank you.

I am very pleased with my stairlift. it has worked flawless upto this point. I was please with the prompt installation and of course the cost of the unit.

We love the new stairlift...service tech was very knowledgable and the installation was easy and took very little time to install. It has allowed my mother to be more independent. I would highly recommend the Bruno stairlift.

Bruno technology is reliable and excellent. The service staff installing the lift were great.

We are very pleased with our Bruno stairlifts. They are a big help in letting my husband stay at home. Easy to use and make our life so much easier. Pacific Mobility did an excellent job in installing them. Everyone one we worked with was very helpful, friendly and courteous. Thanks for all your help.

I had called a few company's to get my Bruno back in service after 20 years mot in use. It was put in for my first wife and after she died, I didn't need it so I just let it sit. My health went south and I could not climb the stairs. Every company I called asked if they put it in and they would only work on it they put it in. My service man had retired. I then called Bruno and they gave me a name , "One and One Mobility" and they said yes and came out and had it back it service in one day.. I was so happy that I had them put in another Bruno for the basement stairs so I could work on my Train setup in the Basement, and my other hobbies. Thank you for giving me the number for a very good Company Douglas Barber

Our Bruno stair lift was recommended by an older local neighbor who noticed my difficulty with steps and stairs and mentioned a company that sold and installed the stair lift he bought for his elderly parents. We called that company and had a salesman come to our home. We were very impressed with the Bruno Elite stair lift and visited the company's offices to see and operate that model. We had the stair lift installed and have been enjoying the operation of the unit for about 3 weeks. Easy to operate, very quiet, and a great way to keep our home accessable.
