Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Process was seamless. Very professional, great service!!!

Purchase install and free rides for the neighbors all went well!

They answered my questions, were very polite and helpful. The installation were done very efficiently.

We were apprehensive about what the installation of a stair lift in our home would involve but from the initial consultation and measurement to the actual install, 101 Mobility was able answer our questions and instruct us in the proper use of the lift in a professional and friendly manner. The lift is quiet and still provides plenty of room for someone to use the stairs without the chair. We are very happy we chose the Bruno Elan straight stair lift. An added bonus is the product is manufactured right here in Wisconsin!

Unforseen circumstaces made necessary a very brief time to have the lifts installed . Your representative went above and beyond to make this happen. I could not be more pleased with both the service and the lifts themselves.

After reviewing other brands, we determined that the Bruno brand was considered very reliable with fewer problems that may be associated with stairlifts. We had the opportunity to talk to a stairlift installer and Bruno was the one he recommended. Ideal Solutions, the dealer we worked with, was prompt, competitively fair, and has even returned for a minor adjustment. So far, so good.

The initial phone call. The customer service. The professional installation.

The installation was fairly quick and precise. Installers cleaned up after themselves and proceeded to instruct us on operating the stair lift. It is a great addition to an in-law apartment built above a garage. My 93 year old Dad who is still fairly mobile, uses it to get his groceries upstairs (15 stairs). Would definitely recommend this company.
