Like the lift. Only problem is the power folding section is too loud.

The product was good and the two young installers were excellent. On time , quick installation and polite and informative.

I love the independence the chair provides my husband, and the service from Look Stairlifts has been phenomenal...however, we have had a couple of issues with the reliability of the chair's performance (first 2 months) that have caused some concern. Both resulted in the lift stopping between floors with the disabled individual stuck. (one pertained to faulty wiring of retractable foot rest and the other seems to have been a battery issue). Otherwise, completely satisfied with chair performance, and would recommend.

I am very pleased with the stairlift but it makes noises when going up the stairs and I don't know if that's normal or not. I will call the installer and ask about it. Other than that it works perfectly.

I like the Bruno equipment better than the other the other models. However, this last Bruno I purchased (Elan Straight Stairlift), I'm a little disappointed in because of the loud noise it makes when it comes to a stop. Instead of it making a soft click noise (like the other Bruno's I've had) it makes a loud bang sound when it stops...up or down. Speaking with the company that installled it said that the parts (can't remember name) causes alot of problems with the chair going up or down, by stopping in the middle or not moving at all. I like their chairs but this has placed some concern for me because I don't like the noise it makes.

I like the stairlift, very convenient for a disabled person. But it could have been installed closer to the wall by at leasts 2 inches.

Like everything except remotes which seem to stick or malfunction frequently.

Love the Stair lift & that it only takes 1minute to get up my L shaped staircase, instead of 20 minutes without the lift. Would have rated a 5 stars had Bruno not sent the lift somewhere else other than my supplier, resulting in an extra 10 day delivery & installation.
