Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Very reliable. Smooth operation. Quiet.

This is the second time I have ordered a chair from 101 Mobility in West Hartford, Ct. I love the chair and have had excellent service from 101 Mobility. I would certainly recommend both the chair and this company. Jan Nicholson

My Wife and I were having some difficulty with the stairs in our ranch house. We needed some assistance getting to our basement game room and utility area. After hours of internet searches, we found Progressive Mobility had a number of working Bruno Stairlifts in their showroom. The Progressive Mobility Staff gave us plenty of time to get our questions answered and rides on the display models.. We selected the Bruno Elite with an electric rotating seat, and larger footrest with automatic lift. My wife has been to her game room more in the last month than in the last 2 years. We also use the chairlift to carry larger packages up and down the stairs. We love the chairlift.

Installation was professional and on schedule. The chair lift works consistantly without delays or problems. We would recommend this chair lift and the company that installed it.

Everyone I worked with from your company was professional, well informed about your products and a dream to work with. Thank you all for helping us keep our special needs daughter safe and in our home. Would absolutely recommend your company to any friends or family who might have a need.

excellent and honest service

The installers were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all of my questions and offered helpful tips. The installation did not take long. My father has had no problems with his stair glide. We are thankful!

I love my new Bruno Elite stair lift! No more worrying about falling while carrying things up and down the stairs to the basement! I have had a hip replacement that is working well. I didn’t want to fall and mess up the hip replacement. Knees are also challenged with osteoarthritis. My laundry is in the basement. Going up and down the stairs with baskets of clothes tired me out. Would take days to complete. Not anymore! Now I have more energy. I am also cleaning up the basement! Best purchase ever! The stair lift is performing exceptionally well! I got all the bells and whistles. Push button everything, up and down and swivel turn. Auto folding footrest with seat lift up and two remotes with holders. Well worth the price for my peace of mind, increased energy and safety. Buy it you deserve it. 101 Mobility did an exceptional job with customer service and installation. Felix did an exceptional job with installation and clean up. Kudos to the company. PS.. He wore his mask and so did I!
