Of the 4 stair lifts he represents, he assured me yours was the best for my needs. I felt so convinced I didn't even call his competitors. My stairlift is custom, and in less than a month, it was ready to install. John's installers were experienced, and did a most professional job. The lift has given me new freedom to my 2nd floor. I am a recent amputee and live in a tri-level home so I have three flights of stairs. We contacted a local dealer for stair lifts (101 Mobility, Raleigh. NC) and they recommend the BRUNO lift. 101 Mobility came, measured and laid out the stair lift. Once it arrived and was installed it was obvious this is a well built and solid lift. The rail is not aluminum but heavy gauge steel. The seat is very comfortable and the ride is quite smooth. This may not have been the cheapest option but I am confident it is the best. I can't say enough about the quality of the lift and the installation that 101 Mobility provided. Professional in every way. Before making a decision on stair lifts, if you want the best (in my opinion) I would look strongly at Bruno.

Service was great. Wish the went a little faster

It works very well. My parents had Bruno products years ago and we were very happy. So when it was time to incorporate a chair lift into our house, we chose Bruno.

We really can not give a fair review because we can not compare it to others. It serves the purpose and works well.

I requested a stair chair from the VA and Bruno responded within a few days. The technician was polite and very efficient in forming a solution for installation and operation. He was very thorough in the training and explanation of the chair operation.

The lift has worked out wonderfully. Operation is safe and meets the need of the user. Lift was installed by Advantage Medical of Dundalk, Md. who were great to work with. They came out for questions and pre-measurement. We weren’t sure when and if we would need the lift and they provided no pressure which was appreciated. When we ordered, installation was that week and job was done in an hour! Only Kudos to Advantage Medical and Bruno.
