It works just fine. Has to be adjusted so it doesn't hit some of the treads on the way up.

Stair lift was recommended by a friend; can't say enough about the professional performance. They talked to me one day and installed the next, even though that was a Saturday. The company was wonderful and the Lift really made a difference in safety for my husband.

The company representatives were knowledgeable and courteous on both visits. The first installation went very well. I am the one using the chair, but currently only use it once a day to keep it charged. It stopped responding about a week after installation and the company sent the crew out the same day. They found that a wire in the control box had disconnected and they took care of it and it has been fine since. I find it easy to use and it will be well used when I come to need it more.

I’m very happy with my Bruno stairlift. It operates from a remote control as well as from a lever on the arm of the chair. It is very quiet . In about 2 hours it was completely installed and operational. I purchased this for my special needs adult child who was having increasing difficulty climbing 16 steps to the second story. The chair has a seatbelt so I can safely send her up and down the staircase. I’m absolutely delighted with the quality of the Bruno chair, the immediate response time between placing my order and installation, and the employees at 101Mobility. They were helpful, pleasant and interested in providing me with a product that met my needs.
