Great product. Will allow us to remain in our 2 story home for many more years. One suggestion: to fold or unfold the automatic extension, they need to make it a single button push. .

Our Bruno stair lift is really a blessing to my husband and me. Our greatest hope is to stay in our home and neighborhood sa long as possible. We are grateful to have been able to afford a lift to our second story. I have very little mobility, especially on stairs. My husband has neuropathy, and it is dangerous for him to use stairs. Our unit was installed by Miller Mobility in Waukesha. They were very friendly and professional. The lift helps us several times a day. Our bath and bedrooms are on the second floor. Our only concern is that the chair may now need an adjustment. Every other day or so, it fails to move, only beeps. We think it's the sensor in the seat. We have to stand and reseat ourselves before it will move. Other than that, we are more than satisfied with our Bruno stair lift. Your product has made us feel secure in our home. Thank you!

(edit of my initial review, ya, it was pretty bad) I had some issues with the rollers on my Bruno chair lift. Dealing with my local installer things started getting pretty out of hand with prices and lack of coverage. After contacting Bruno directly on my own behalf, I found the experience to be quite different. It felt more inline with the warranty and family feel they talk about on their web page. I couldn't give a 5/5 star as I feel the rollers shouldn't be breaking down as they did..

We are happy with the Bruno stair lift except for one thing. Many times going down the stairs the chair will slow down for some reason. I don't mean the slow down that occurs at the end of the rail. When it slows down it just seems to take forever to get to the bottom of the steps.

Bruno Elan is of highest quality. It really feels secure when traveling up or down our stairs. I would give it 5 stars except for a few weaknesses in adaptability to our situation: 1) have to hold remote backwards when going down or think backwards 2) seat swivel must latch to travel; locking the latch jostles the rider. 3) fold up track end is great, but it seems the mechanism could be more narrow, which would place the track closer to the wall. 4) chair arms and seat belt work well, but would be helpful if chair arms could swivel even farther out of the way. Overall no complaints. 101Mobility install was completed within 18 hours of first contact. Techies were knowledgeable and quite efficient.

My stairlift work great. the only problem that I have noticed in the last couple of weeks is a slight grind and thump when running the chair down empty. Only the thumps can be heard when the chair down loaded. the thumps occur when the chair is approaching the area where the two pieces of track are joined. I will call the installers after Christmas festivities are over. No sense making Christmas any worse than the health authorities already have!! MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR to all!
