Every tthing went well with the installation . operation is excellant

My husband will be 100 years old in a few months and very keen on being as independent for as long as possible - including going up 9 steps to the bedroom using only the hand rail and a cane. With a very weak back and very little feeling in his legs , from serving in World War II and 38 years of heavy lifting in his profession , he finally realized that he needed a chair lift to carry him safely to the bedroom. He is enjoying the ride up and being able to , once again , be in control of a moving vehicle . Thank you for allowing seniors to have this safety with your product.

It was not a smooth process but thanks to the installer now it works great and looks like a quality product

This stair lift provided freedom for my wife in getting out of the house safely. She loves it and I feel comfortable with her using it.

The stairlifts work fine. Easy to use. The installer was very professional and made sure we understood everything we needed to know about the stairlifts.

The wife loves it, and this is who it was purchased for. With her bum knees it is no longer a struggle to get upstairs after her two strokes, which also allows her to sleep in her bed of chouice and "side" sleep. Hubby also uses it because he ain't getting any younger either. Helps with getting laundry and things downstairs which saves the back when carrying them down and is safer when doing those things.

Has been very heipful for all my ailments going up & down the stairs
