The Bruno chair lift is wonderful. It easily folds out of the way when not in use and is comfortable and sturdy when using. We love our home and this allows us to stay here for years.

The lift was expertly installed by a very nice man, Doug. It was a complex custom unit and have had no problems. My mother uses it without difficulty.

Great lift and service from our dealer.

The equipment meets our expectations. My wife is the disabled person who at this stage fully operates the lift. Issues include that the chair must always be stored at the bottom of the stairs as it takes up a bit more room on the stairs than we hoped. There seems a small bump, and hesitation, in the middle of the rail or stairs as the chair physically travels up and down. Also, she struggles a little folding up the foot pad when she is done using the chair. Overall it is a must to have the chair.
