Well done and a good ride

We have had our stairlift for about 2 weeks now and it has been very helpful to us. .Since we use this set of stairs several times a day, we are pleased with how easy it is to operate. The two young men who came to install it were polite, friendly and very respectful. They showed us how to operate it and answered all our questions. I would recommend this product and the company that served us.

Excellent lift. Glad we bought it.

As disabled “Vet”, I am totally satisfied with the installation and capabilities of the Bruno Elan. It is the best StairGlide I’ve had in the 21 years I’ve been using Bruno StairGlides. I fully recommended it to some of our disabled “Vets”. Thank you for your service and quality product. Jim Wood Airdrie, Alberta.

The technicians were extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and educated and also excellent teachers.

The installation of 2 straight stairlifts in our split level house took about 3 hours. One of the lifts has a retractable lower section of rail that operates automatically when the chairlift is run. The person who installed them was very professional, and explained how to operate them, reviewed trouble shooting techniques and showed me how to park the systems to conserve battery life if we go away for more than a few days. So far the experience using the lifts has been good, and I would recommend them to others needing help with stairs.
