A stair lift was installed in our home by 101 Mobility in August. As our stair case is large with three curves, it was a complicated process. The first technician came and took many measurements and did a drawing, The second came a week later and took what appeared to be hundreds of digital photos, About three months later,both technicians came he for the installation. As the job was very detailed and the individually formed pieces were quite heavy, the job took about 6 hours to complete. The technicians were very professional, courteous and had the necessary skills to complete the job to our satisfaction. They made sure that I knew how to properly use the equipment and answered all of our question, Except for a few minor dings on the rails and some welds that I think could have been smoother, the job is well done and the mechanisms work exactly as specified.

The company and it’s people were great! Very helpful, and the deal was easy to understand. Dad loves the chair, it’s smooth and quiet. It also gives us both peace of mind.

We had a custom lift put in our staircase that has one landing and a 90 degree angle in it. The rep was very thorough with his measurements. He actually came back once more to double check his numbers. It took about 10 weeks to get it. The installation took about 6 hours. The 2 young men were friendly and careful moving about our home. The chair lift itself is very easy to use and quite quiet too. It has opened our home to full use. It is also very unobtrusive on the steps. And our staircase is somewhat narrow since it's an older home. USA made!!

Our Bruno Elite curved stairlift was installed by Gamburd technicians on 10/19/2021, about 3 weeks ago. So far we like it very much. It was purchased primarily for my wife, who had a hip replacement due to a bad fall. The ride is smooth, and the speed is just right. It took two technicians about two hours to complete the job. They were polite, efficient, and very professional. My only complaint was that I could not find the warranty card in the Operator's Manual they left behind. However, I was able to register online at Bruno.com for my stairlift.

We are very happy with the Bruno stair Glide. The salesman was courteous and helpful. One problem arose because the installer put a connection box in the doorway to a room that has a narrow doorway, leaving about 1/2 inch leeway for the wheelchair. I called their office and they were courteous but could not send someone to fix it for about 3 weeks. So far, we have avoided running over the box. We need to be careful for one more week.
