We received excellent service from the sales rep to the office staff to the installer. All questions were answered and the demonstration were helpful.

I am thrilled with my Bruno Stairlift. It’s changed my 2 story home into one level living. I have osteoporosis & prone to break bones. I am at such ease now because I can glide up & down the stairs, safely & secure. Getting the Stairlift in time for the holidays allowed me to wrap all gifts upstairs. We easily got decorations down from our attic area of 2nd floor to the 1st floor. It’s a game changer! I have already recommended the Bruno Stairlift to family & friends on FaceBook. My husband is happy to see me so carefree now. Before the stairlift, he wanted to stay close by when I needed to go upstairs. If he wasn’t home, I didn’t go upstairs & waited for him to come home. I feel as if I received a good value for the money spent. There are no negatives to the stairlift. None at all! Thank you for such a great product.

I love my stairlift! Safety on my stairs was my concern. I am 82 years old and my family was so concerned that I might fall down the steps. Now I feel more secure riding the stairlift as I go downstairs to do My laundry, get to my car or to my rides. Your employee, Robert was so knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.

I called the dealer, they responded efficiently. The sales rep came to see me (we weren't next door). We set the date for installation (I was working with a deadline) and the installer came, a good man, two of the chairs (new, in the box) were faulty? But he had two others in his truck. We got it set up and thus far, everything is working. That's important. They are in a church, and we have some old members of the congregation. Good dealers.
