From beginning to end the service provided was awesome. The sales rep came to our home examined everything explained everything and gave us a proposal. There was never any pressure. The installer worked extremely hard to get everything done and left the place spotless. It is a relief to have it in the home and have my husband go up And down safely

This is the first stairlift.
This is the first stairlift I have ever purchased and have had it about a month. I feel that it has made getting up and down the stairs a lot easier and safer. It is a great produce and I will recommend it anyone that wants to purchase one.

On time.
On time. Excellent installation. Showed me how to use it. Answered all my questions. Patched wall where they had to get to electricity. Also wanted to paint the wall, but I told them not too, because I wanted to change the color. I have no complaints.

Working with 101 Mobility was an overall great experience. They responded very quickly to have a representative come to the house due to my husband being discharged from a skilled nursing facility. They promised it would be installed prior to my husband coming home and they did just that. The office staff, especially Tanya, was wonderful to work with. The installer, Derrick was very professional and explained the workings of the chair lift. We did have a few hiccups along they way but they responded quickly. Service came out several times and Rich was extremly helplful and ensured the chair was operational and would not incur any further issues. He was right and they couldn't have been more helpful! Would definitely recommend the product and servvice!

It works.
It is functional, stylish and affordable. Nearly unobtrusive and certainly quiet.
