Not bad but not great
Not bad but not great. So far so good. The lift is for my wife who has stage 4 terminal brain cancer. She’s unable to critique. I have Power Of Attorney.

All in all, I am satisfied, but the place where the rails are joined together, the ride is a bit “rough”. I should notify the installer, but I have not. It was a good thing for my needs. I am glad I did purchase it.

Installation was quick and efficient. We have found that the chairlift is quiet and very simple to get used to the controls which are well placed. the remote operation is very useful and comfortable in the hand.

If I could give 4 1/2 stars I would but the system doesn't allow that. We installed two units, one for each of our stairwells. One unit is a bit "squeeky" compared to the other. Also, have had a couple of occasions where one unit beeps as though it is locked and doesn't begin to move until seat adjustments are done a few times.

It helps me safely reach upstairs and down, did put a towel folded down because it hit floor hard when railing went down ,otherwise it is great!

So far we really like the chair, there were a few kinks to begin with but 101 Mobility finally fixed the problem. The rail feet were not flush with some steps, causing loud popping noises for the past month from the rail, the final solution was to put shims under the feet. Problem fixed.

Mechanical relays? Really Slow? extension foot automatically sync, with up and down? Occasional start and stop at extension foot and track extension.

The lift works well, as advertised. The only problem we have is that when it swivels at the top of the stairs, it makes a loud noise, waking up people that are already sleeping. Because of that, we do not use the swivel option late at night nor early in the morning.
