There is one little spot on the stairlift that was a bit off on the manufacturing so therefore there’s a little bump and noise when you get to the one spot but that is not a deal breaker by any means. Stairlift is working great so far! No problems with it. Thank you!

The consultant Chris was first on time for our meeting. He was very knowledgeable of the Bruno line of products. He explained the different stair lifts and asked for questions or comments. He let us make our own mind about buying. He left us with literature and prices. The next day we called 101 Mobility to buy a Elam stairlift and scheduled a date for installing. The installer showed up on time, Brandon was very knowledgeable also. We love our Elam stairlift.

Everything was done professionally!

The day we called Access Solutions in Akron, Ohio to inquire about a stair glide Tim was able to come to our home, which is about an hour and a half away. We decided to buy and Tim was prepared to measure and place the order. The stair glide came in about five weeks later and was installed within five days. The installers, Drew and Shawn, were very polite, professional and efficient. There was only one problem with the remotes and something squeaking and they had a tech at our home the same day and he had it fixed quickly. The whole process was wonderful and we are very satisfied.
