Stairlift is great. Just what I needed. Install was pretty quick and the lift is pretty compact. Folds out of the way easily. Can setup the switch from either side or use the included remotes. I find the seat belt a little tricky to use with only one good hand but that is my issue.

It is a very good machine but it should go a little faster. I understand it is for old or disabled people but a little more speed would not be dangerous. Please contact me if it can change speeds. Thanks

We don't have enough experience with the unit to offer a fair review. However, the installation went smoothly and the unit works fine. Unfortunately the primary user is not able to utilize it.

Bruno Elan: Attractive, Easy to Use, Recommended. A Few Minor Issues
The installation was timely and efficient, and it looks great. At the top of the stairs it folds nicely against the wall, leaving the stairs quite open for others to use normally. However, at the bottom of the stairs, the lift juts out into the room. My wife placed a large box next to the lift so she doesn't accidentally walk into it. The stairlift would easily get 5 stars except for two less-than-smooth areas in the track. The chair mildly jerks as it goes over what probably are two slightly misaligned track segments about half way down the stairs. Also, at the top of the stairs, one should be aware that several maneuvers are required to exit the lift: One has to a) rotate the chair 90 degrees to exit (the rotation lever(s) is somewhat awkwardly positioned); b) flip up the foot platform; c) flip up the two arm rests and d) flip up the seat--all while being careful not to tumble down the stairs! I suspect, though, that these operations are required by most, if not all stairlifts. Overall, I am pleased with the chairlift, which should last a long time with proper yearly maintenance-greasing of the rail. Further, with a physician's note of patient's need, sales tax may be exempt for this DME (Durable Medical Equipment).

The service of the estimator and…
The service of the estimator and install team was friendly and professional.
Upon completion they explained to my wife and me thoroughly how the stairlift works.
They explained what could possibly be an issue and their service policies.
Have used it two weeks, my wife has arthritis and she is delighted.
Thank you.

Pretty good chair
Overall, I would say that the stairlift works quite well. It moves very smoothly up and down and works well with the remote or the toggle switch which is located on the arm of the chair. The 4 star rating is due to a safety issue: my mother has accidently pushed the toggle switch several times as she is trying to get off the chair. The location of the switch is such that when she pushes up to rise from the chair her fingers come into contact with the switch and the chair has begun to move as she is trying to get off. She has also accidently come into contact with the switch as she is backing into the chair to sit on it. I believe the location of the toggle switch needs to be changed.

I would give it a five except sometimes when I sit down to go downstairs I push the lever and nothing happens. I found if I just gave a little wiggle to the seat it will then take me down.
