Works great. Just a little hard to install. Being handicapped

Overall I have to say the experience of getting the stairlift was professional. I dreaded the idea, but it needed to be done. I was assured it would be a clean, painless process. The salesperson explained clearly my options and what to expect during installation. The installer was professional, positive in attitude, and helped me feel confident in my decision. Although I did have an issue with a beeping on the charger, it was replaced at no cost to me, and the company acknowledged the problem. The lift is a safe, easy-to-use system; overall, I am happy to have this in place. Customer service is stellar.
