The chair lift works great. It is the reason I can stay in my home of 35 years. It allows my family the peace of mind concerning me going up and down the steps. My only regret is we did not buy it before my husband passed. Thank you.

There was a glitch at the beginning. After 5days one unit stopped working. I have two units because of my stair configuration. The service dept came out quickly, and replaced a faulty circuit board. Everything seems to be ok now. On another note, I absolutely love the units. They have brought mobility back to me that I haven’t had for several years. I now can go up and down the stairs at any time during the day without straining and pain. Before, I only went up at night and came down in the morning. Talk about opening up a whole new world for me. These units are remarkable ❤️

Overall, a very nice stairlift. Far better than the brand we finally replaced after many service calls. However, a couple of quirks: 1) For reasons I don't understand, the remote that supposedly allows you to call the chair down or up to your location is an IR remote. It only works if you aim the remote at a small window from a few inches away. Bruno's solution is to provide an IR to RF converter. OK, but the IR receiver needs to be plugged into a wall outlet. In my case, I have to install two outlets or string extensions cords across the floor. What? A kludge if I ever saw one. The old stairlift, despite its many problems had a perfectly good RF remote system built in. 2) The handle that lifts or lowers the foot rest into position is harder to use than simply lowering the foot rest by pushing or lifting it. Someone didn't think that one through, either. Nonetheless, this is a 5-star stairlift with a couple of silly problems. I'm very happy with it overall. Bruno is made in the USA and has a dealer close by. Service is quick and very good. A solid, well-made stairlift.

I am very pleased with my stair chair. The only thing it took a long time to deliver and install it

So far we are very happy with the lift. It is very cold here in Saskatchewan Canada and it has not failed us yet. The installation was great and helpful. We have not had to have any service to this point but expect that the service will be as good as the install

The installation went well. However we have not received the remote holders for the walls.

After a wait it was installed quickly after it arrived to the installer. They were very professional and accurate installing the Lift. So far we are pleased with the operation and quality of the unit. It was a bit expensive compared to the straight lift, however we needed the curved one which was probably twice the cost of a straight one which seemed a little over . Overall it worked out and we would recommend it.
