Work done efficiently and professionally by both of the installers. They were respectful & patient while we met with caregivers who were here at the same time. Sales person also very helpful in finding a solution that worked for us.

I am totally thrilled with Joey - the name I've given my chair lift. The installers took no time at all to give me this little miracle. Joey has given me such joy - I don't have to run up stairs with my legs crossed anymore. Now I'm seriously thinking about getting another chair lift for my basement stairs. I've almost forgotten what my basement looks like and if I can do laundry that would be great. Well worth the money if you have breathing or mobility problems like me. The company that installed our stairlift, 101 Mobility, did a great job. The men that did the installation not only did their work very professionally (worked without any breaks, with little noise), but made sure that we knew how to use the stairlift safely. A representative of the company called us later to find out if we were satisfied with the stairlift.

The installers came on time, efficiently installed the new stair lift, and cleaned the work area. They also inserviced me as well as provide information of how to contact if needed.
