Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Ease of use. Easy to get into and out of. Just what I needed to navigate my stairs.

I am very happy with their service. When i make a call they respond very rapidly. They are very respectful I never have to call a second time. They told me if I have a problem to never hesitate to call.

The installation was done in a timely manner, quick and clean. I have been extremely happy in the use of the stair glide. The man who sold us the product was well informed.

I have a tri-level with full bath on second floor. Husband carried my mom up and down stairs which is quite dangerous for my mom and my husband. Installing the stair lift is a blessing in helping element that danger.

The installer was knowledgeable, accurate, friendly, and polite. He quickly installed the chair lift and explained what I needed to know. I would recommend him to anyone.

We purchased a Bruno custom curved stairlift for our three story house from Accessible Systems. Recently disabled at 77, I found climbing and descending our stairs both very difficult and dangerous. The stairlift has been a godsend. I can now access all three floors easily and safely. Bruno fabricated the stairlift's track to the vendor's exacting specifications and it fits our two flights of stairs perfectly. Installation only took the vendor's professionals about six hours. Since we've had the stairlift for less than a month, I can't comment on its long-term reliability. However, I can say that the track and chair both appear to be ruggedly built and the vendor offers regular maintenance services. In conclusion, we're very satisfied with our purchase. Because of the track's length and the number of turns it makes, the stairlift was quite costly. But since the alternative to a stairlift was selling our house and looking for a one story home in a very expensive real estate market, it was a bargain.

The Bruno chairlifts work great. Installation was very efficient, just a couple hours, no mess. My spouse’s knees are almost 100% better. Her arthritis was going to force us to move and we don’t need to now. She would do a commercial for you. [Just kidding.] People without handicaps find them quite easy to climb around. Both of us are veterans and find your product a lifesaver. PS- My father, also a veteran, used them in his house for several years. He avoided a nursing home in his final years solely due to your product. Never a breakdown in over six years.

Within two days of our visit to Motion a mobility business a salesman visited us. He explained our options and what we could expect with our purchase. Our lift was installed four days later by two young men who did a great job. We chose the Bruno stair life because it would charge any where on the rail. We are very pleased with our purchase and it makes life so much easier for both of us.
