The stair lift is easy to use and comfortable

It works well, however my husband thought it unnecessary to have a joint in the rail as it does vibrate when going over the joint. Our stairs needed an 11 foot rail, and he had assumed it would be one piece. It was for my elderly mother and she was alarmed the first few times using it.

We ordered the stairlift in Oct21 and did not receive it until Feb22 due to supply difficulties … not your fault. When it did arrive, the CO-OP Home Care did a fast and efficient install. We are pleased with the product and the service.

I was in a car accident last year and now have nerve and muscle damage on my left side. The chair lift has made a huge difference to my mobility. I can now travel up and down the stairs to the main floor to have my meals and just sit and talk to my wife while she works (cleaning, meal prep, etc). Thank you.

We are very pleased with our Bruno chairlift. It needed adjustments after installation but the dealership sent their techs as soon as they could and everything has been fixed to our satisfaction. We use the chair many times a day and now wonder how we managed without it!

The BRUNO we received is a top-notch piece of equipment, and a comfort to use for two very old people. We were very pleased with the equipment and the ease of use. However, installation of the wiring thereto by a couple of very nice people leaves quite a bit to be desired. Since neither my wife nor I were able to view the wire installation process while it was being done in the lower area of our home, we were unable to speak with the workers, and question the manager until after they had left. They had travelled a long way during a winter storm, so I did not want to delay them, and that was a big mistake on my part. Exposed wiring is a sight that is unpleasant. Thank you for your enquiry. We enjoy our chairlift but we don’t use it very much yet. We have it ready for when we need it. Installation went very well.

We love the stairlift. The only problem is it isn’t completely smooth coming down.hope it isn’t a problem. Time will tell.also we didn’t need the flip up end.
