Installation was quick and no problem. The system works as advertised and is great. Allows me to go to my workshop quickly and with no problem coming back up.

We needed assistance in getting up our staircase. My husband researched who was rated well and we called O'Neill stairlift co. Tom O'Neill responded to our call in a timely manner and came to evaluate our situation. He suggested the stairlift that would go around the bend at the top of the stairs. He took measurements and talked about the history of stairlifts and how Bruno made their lifts. Very impressed by his explaination and even more so by how he installed the lift. The quality of the parts is shown by their strength and stability. One year later we are still very pleased with this lift and any questions we had, Tom was very helpful in answering

I chose a Bruno stairlift because of their reputation for quality and reliability. It was installed by 101 Mobility in Sterling, VA, who were a pleasure to work with.

Our experience with Chair Lift Store in Houston TX with the price for two stairlifts , installation & their taking time to educate we two 75 year old first time users of this mobility mode contributed to our first purchased "furniture" for our recently purchased 3-level town house.

It works beautifully and is easy to use.

Probably the most important aspect of the project was how helpful Patrick was in answering questions and addressing issues. As with all technology, there were some small problems, but they were addressed and solved. In any event, we really enjoy having the stairlift. It will allow us to stay in the house for much longer.
