This is the second Bruno for us, two different houses, and I would not have considered ANY other brand. They are easy to use, comfortable, durable and. "Clean" looking. An excellent product.

Our salesman Steve and his entire crew were outstanding. As my father needed a curved multi-level lift, it was a challenging project. We are very happy with the lift and the great service we received from Mobility Works in Highland Park, NJ.

I recently received a Bruno Walkasin aid to assist me in standing and walking. The sales rep and my attending physician explained what the unit was and how it works. The principle is that the unit is worn at the ankle and as the patient walks the unit emits a slight "shock" to the underlying nerves which stimulates the nerves to resume normal function (that of weight bearing and lessening underlying imbalance). The patient is told that improvement will be gradual over a period of weeks. I was quite skeptical, but I agreed to try it. When I was shown how to use the appliance, I was pleasantly surprised in feeling the mild "jolt" whenever I took a step. So far, so good. It's been a little over two weeks and I do notice an improvement in my gait, my balance, and my equilibrium. If it continues, I will become an advocate. In the way of suggesting an improvement, I would say that the unit is a bit difficult to apply e.g. there should be a better way to fix it in place. The connection between the foot pad and the unit is somewhat difficult to establish. I would suggest trying to install a connection that is more adaptable for someone who likely would have difficulty bending and reaching while trying to get the parts together. Either that or modify the instructions for a handicapped user. All in all I was pleased with the unit and the result I am having to date.
