Satisfied overall, but swivel feature is difficult to turn off to stop that beeping!

Bryan came out installed the lift in my 2020 Honda Odyssey van it worked till we went to load the scooter back in the van we needed to call Bryan there was a shortage. Bryan ordered a new part we couldn’t use the scooter till two weeks later he came back installed then everything works fine now.

Great product. Well designed. However only fault should be easily corrected. Joint where tracks are joined together should be seamless. No bumps or jerks. This is important to seniors who have shrunk with age. We have much less space between vertebrae and are subject to jerks to spine. Installers did best first time and on second visit made further improvements. First time I required two seat cushions and after replacing smaller track section I still require one cushion. As a retired mechanical design and test engineer I think you have nailed the hard part of the design and failed the easy part of a seamless track joint. Take care, Ernie

I love the chair system, it allows me freedom to use my basement again. My issue’s are that it seems to tip forward, clicks and shakes going down the rail system. I’ve reached out to the installer and been told they are short handed but I’m on the list. I need a tech to come back out and look at the rail system. I purchase the heavy duty one as I’m 6’3” 270 lbs and did not want issues. I hope the installation company will stand behind the product! I love American made and want to believe in the company and product.

I had 2 Stair Lifts installed. The entire process moved along smoothly and quickly. The lifts do their job as intended and the ride is fairly smooth. I did not give it 5 stars because I feel one of the lifts is either defective or installed incorrectly. The seat seems loose on its mount and can be moved back and forth slightly by hand causing additional beeping. I am watching this problem I feel exists before I call and ask questions. I'm not saying it is defective or installed incorrectly; I'm saying it has some annoying characteristics that the lift to the basement does not have. It has constant loud beeping at the top of the second story when the chair is turned around for the passenger to enter or exit the seat. This is way beyond necessary for safety and it certainly does not need to beep just because the seat jiggles a little. It cannot be used when someone is sleeping upstairs. The lift from the basement to the first floor only beeps once at the top of the first floor when it has finished turning for the passenger to enter or exit, therefore the passenger can exit or enter at their own rate peacefully. I need peace and quiet on the second story bedroom level.

Price was way too high!!!! Took a full 50% of my annual social security income.

My only complaint is that the power supply emits a faint beep about once a second. In many circumstances it's not a problem since it's covered by normal environmental noise. But, in a quiet room it becomes annoying.
