We were told that Bruno was the best. Had an Acorn previously. Bruno was installed on a curved staircase. The stairlift was a very rough ride up and down. Installers spent about 10 hours trying to fix the rough ride. Now the ride is OK down but still rough riding up. Bruno said to keep riding as it will get better with time. Have been riding for months now and still very rough. Bruno refuses to send a tech to fix/diagnose.

Lots of issues on the delivery wrong chair when installed supposed to have 2 services a year haven’t had any yet it’s getting close to 2 years.

First Installer came back to rerun power wire properly. Installer coming tomorrow to find out why it stops running a few seconds midway while decending and accending. Installer very nice and regrets the problems. I wonder if Bruno was a good choice????

the stairglide is not working after just 2 weeks. I have been waiting for over a week now for the part to.fix it...Loved it at first but so disappointed that something(circuit board apparently) died with in 2 weeks.

This is the Second unit we purchased within the year and althou both work well the most recent one is decidely slower and it cost more than the unit we bot 12 months prior. So we wonder why and would like it to more somewhat brisker.

To make this short, because I just try to write a review, I got cut off, so here is a short version, Bruno told me a curbside scooter lift I had in my 2006 Rav 4 would fit a 2018 Rav 4, the Mobility place try to install, after 2 weeks and many calls and many pictures, than said can't do any better, they had to lower my seat remove the arm rest, than I stop over and looked at the problem, and said why is that top bracket so long, why don't we call Bruno and see if they can cut and reweld back together, call Don said it would be very epensive, because I found out the unit and bracket is made by some one else, and also the brackets are all the same, John at Mobility place had a friend cut and reweld bracket 2 inches shorter. Went down to Bruno and showed John and some engineers how it worked with shorter bracket, first thing they said was weld was crooked, I bought the old bracket along to have them cut it off and reweld they said can't to that, they put old bracket back on and made some adjustments, cut off lower bracket for C clamp to pick up scooter, now very hard to install, also now I have to lower handle assy to make clearance to fit the scooter in, remember I'm disabled, I wrote letter to President of company, no response, so quess the wouldn't even try to help, the last e-mail to Don was to have them sent me another top bracket and I will have some else cut and weld, and to have Bruno paid for Mobility place install top bracket, have not hear from Bruno, so if you have a problem with their units, I hope the Hell you don't have a problem like have, because Bruno will help, now i have a vehicle I love that I hate to go anywhere, Eddie

The noise keeps shifting to the chain. First it was in the middle of staircase, then lower. I was told it's the stairs but I live in a newer house than my daughter who happens to have a chairlift. Her's is not top quality & operates smooth and at first it was a rental. Can't say I'm pleased.
