Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

The company who installed the chairlift was quick and all components worked as required.

I love my Bruno Stairlift. I was ready to stop living on the second floor of my house. It was all I could do to get up the stairs at night and down in the morning. When I decided to make a purchase we contacted 2 companies Bruno and the other well known company. The other company sent a very pushy salesman who acted like we had to make a decision right then and there. He did not want to work with us to do what we wanted. When I called the company (Dick's Home Care)they sent a sales person who is also an installer. He worked with me and answered all of my questions and said what I wanted could be done with no problem. When he returned to install we did not have to go over everything again because he was the one who sold it to me, measured, talked to me, etc. He did a wonderful job on the install. He was back a year later to service it and it is still working as well as it did the first day. I am again living in my whole house and thankful everyday for my Bruno Stairlift. He knew what he was doing every time he was here and was very professional, knowledgeable and very personable to work with. I recommend the stairlift, Dick's Home Care and the installer.

Dale and his associate were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I need to add efficient as well. Dale inserviced me on the operation of the stair lift unit. Asking if I had any questions or concerns before leaving.
