Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

The service, the staff, and the pricing.

Called and asked about the stairlift and it was installed within a week. Did not take long to install it. The men who came to install the stairlift were extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Everyone was friendly and professional from my first phone call. I have been very happy with my purchase. Also, let me add the price is reasonable.

Works as promised, integrates well with my house design.

The installation team was great! Gave me a test ride when done and the lift has made it possible to utilize our second floor with no worries!

It was a great experience from the sales to the installation. I am so happy with my stair lift.

Derrick E was very professional. The install went smoothly and he demonstrated its operation. Very pleased with this product. I do wish Bruno had a selection of seat, arm, and back covers to give it a more 'furniture look' vs a medical looking product.

My installers showed up right on time and performed excellent workmanship. They were professional and explained how everything works. Would highly recommend Bruno products!

Salesman Ryan fully explained system. Installer was so nice and professional. Explained everything to us. Our chair lift has worked flawlessly for 2 months. We are very happy with it.
