Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

I now have two Bruno chairlifts, one on each set of stairs. I rely on them to assist me personally to go up and down my stairs but they also act as elevators for my laundry and groceries. I have had another brand previously but recently had it replaced with a Bruno. I prefer the Bruno due to its hidden track which eliminates extra dust buildup. I also prefer the design whereby it is always charging no matter where it is on the track. I think it is a great product and highly recommend it to anyone thinking about acquiring a chairlift.

Skip Ford , installer owner he took his time and installed our chair lift so it works great . He was a real pleasure to meet !! great Job and great product .....

The rep was very helpful & professional. The install was seamless. It was a solution to a specific problem & a family member can live in our home with 2 sets of steps. Just wish that Medicare would contribute to the cost.

I love my Bruno! I had a Bruno for 30 years and unfortunately it was time to let it go. I have the Elan and it works great! Only downfall is that I have a door upstairs and a door downstairs which created a bit of an issue with the machine going down and hitting the door. It has to go down all the way in order for me to get off where I need to safely. Well, Mobility gave me an idea to purchase a door opener so that going down the steps gives me time to open the door with the push of a button, step off and then hit another button on the outside of the door to close it! Problem solved! Thanks to Ben, installer for coming down to explain and I’ve ordered it thru Amazon! Should be here in a week to have a friend install! Love my Bruno! Steph Buono

Jeff explained their product without having to ask any questions and the installers were friendly and did a fantastic job.

The company came out and set it up quickly and professional. They explained the functions and had me try it out, so I understood what to do. My Mom picked it up pretty quick and uses it several times a day, to get where she wants to be.

The installers were professional and quick. They also Made sure that I knew how to use it and what to do if there were problems.

Time for delivery was very important to us. While it would have been nice to wait for the curved custom-made lift, we didn’t have time for that. So we got two straight lifts within a couple of weeks of our initial enquiry. That solution is working well for us. We purchased the stairlift from 101 Mobility and they were great in the installation and follow up questions.
