Great installation on a excellent brand of stair lift. Sales made everything very clear as to what was going to be installed and any options available to me. Cost was explained up front with nothing hidden.

The whole staff in particular, the installer Zach. He is super and polite.

Lift works fantastic and team worked well for installations

My daughters purchased the stair lift for me, so I can't comment on the purchase experience. However, the installers worked very hard to get it set up from 3-6 October 2023. There was a problem with the unit, believed to be the mother board, and the main unit had to be replaced, which was done very quickly. However, it was discovered that the actual problem was a wire was pinched in the seat, and that was dealt with. The installers had good phone tech support from Bruno. One of the remotes still doesn't work, I didn't report that yet, so I'm doing it now. Everything else now works perfect. My husband and I were very impressed with the trouble shooting skills of the installer and remote help. I would not be able to access our basement and laundry without this excellent stair lift and I find it very safe.

The stairlift is a blessing for both us. My husband has COPD. I have bad knees. We are happy we got it. Thank you.

I had the chance to review several other manufacturers and chose Bruno because it is made in the United States that was started by a Veteran. The chair lift was installed by a very professional company, 101 Mobility. I was very thankful for having chosen such a quality product. I purchased it for my sister-in-law who has moved into our home so she could have access to the upstairs apartment. I have no reason to worry about her safety or comfort. It works like a charm.

I like all the safety features of this stair lift and feel confident that it will do a good job in helping my husband maintain his life style.
