We love it…however it is way too slow!

I haven’t had my stairlift very long but I am enjoying it & I also feel more secure when I am sitting on the chairlift going either up or down our stairs. I would recommend this for a senior for sure.

I’ve had several lifts and this model is great because it will charge in any position you stop in. Also like the way the lift mounts to the railing. Gives you more space on stairway and doesn’t collect dust inside. I dislike how the armrest are in the way when in raised up position. Overall a good stairlift.

It has made a big difference in the aches of my knees and back. Now I have a strange question about the lifts working when I go up or down. Today the switch on the arm came off and bounced down the stairs so my wife had to walk down to get it (not too big of a problem) but I was wondering if I could get another switch to keep on the upstairs or downstairs in case of this happening again when she is not quite so agile???

Installed quickly

We live in a four level split so we had 2 units installed . Installation for both only took a couple of hours and we have now been using the units for just over 2 weeks. they certainly make getting up & down stairs a lot easier as I have balance problems especially when tired. Am having a little difficulty remembering to turn the seat at the top of the rise so get a little frustrated - shame there is no way to make it turn automatically.

The Bruno works ok but the left arm rear loosened up and does not stay upright. The start up seems to go slow with weak thrust at times
