Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

First, our “stair-chair,” as we call it, was designed/installed in a timely way. We use it 99% for groceries/deliveries to our 2nd floor condo. It’s a god-send!!

The salesperson who was with us, every step of the way, which led to our confidence in him and the company.

It has made it easier to up down to my basement to do laundry, get to my car and return to my living space without being in pain and out of breath.

Love the stairlift and how it works

These stairs are well made. They made the difference in been able to keep my husband home so we could take care of him until he passed.

Rapid response to questions regarding the Bruno chairlift. The installation appointment was made quickly and got into our schedule. The Bruno chairlift is exactly what we needed and we are very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you.

- was unable to climb a 9 inch stair without great difficulty even with rails both sides. - Stairlift allows me to get up/down basement stairs with ease and painless in about half the time. - Easy to use and safe.

The stair lift unit has been a life saver for us. With my husband's recent health issues, he cannot climb or descend stairs at all now. The representative who came out assured us our porch area and stairs were ideally suited for the stair lift. I like that it does not take up too much room on the stairs. I can still easily walk up and down the stairs while hubby rides. I use it to take groceries, water softener salt, pet food and kitty litter up to the porch, where I can easily take them into the house. We were assured that the stair lift can take our Michigan winters. Having been manufactured in Wisconson, I expect your R&D had plenty of opportunity to weather test the stair lifts! Thank you for manufacturing such a valuable piece of equipment to make our lives as normal as possible while coping with these health issues. And thank you for making it look modern and streamlined and quiet. Much better than my son-in-law's suggestion of retrofitting our old hay elevator to transport hubby up onto the porch with a playground slide to get him down! We are Bruno fans for life!
