This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They absolutely stand behind their products. When I had trouble with my stairlift not preforming as it should Bruno took action and worked hard to fix my problems. Bruno contacted my Service installers, who also do a very professional installation. They came and with Bruno's consent, installed a whole new product at no charge to me. My heartfelt thanks to John and Joe and Bruno for the amazing service. I am super happy and thankful to all of them. I highly recommend this to anyone who is in need of a chair lift in their home. A product and service I am proud to have had. I am glad I invested in them.

We’ve used the outside elec wheelchair lift to go to several places and it was perfect.

1/18/24- our local dealer called me advising me that Bruno reached out to them and all of their techs, (Bruno techs and Aid4Mobility techs) coordinated, researched and are implementing a resolution and Aid4Mobility is matching Bruno’s kindness as noted below. Tina at A4M was quite clear that the customer is their main priority. We have maintained this lift per mfg specs and that was so important here. And all I can say is, we are blown away. We are beyond appreciative. I am updating this review to make the necessary changes, as they have been amazing and I honestly never expected any of this. 1/15/24- update. Bruno has made it very clear, they do care. Anne has kept me updated thru all their communications. Bruno techs have worked with the techs from our dealer. They identified the issues and they are taking care of this. As I write this, I’m still blown away. Bruno acted so fast here and when I’m wrong I admit it, I was wrong. When I wrote the review, I didn’t think anyone would really care. Boy oh boy, did Bruno prove me wrong. They stand by their product and they stand by and care about their customers. My apologies for stating differently below. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate what you’ve done here. This was so unexpected. I’m just completely blown away. I’ll await word from our local dealer. Bruno and Anne, with all of my heart, thank you!! I’m going to come back to this review in a few days and make some changes to ensure Bruno gets the full credit they deserve. They literally jumped all over this issue, at warp speed. My mom has not stopped talking about you since I shared the news with her! Again, we are just blown away and so appreciative. Thank you! 1/12/24- I’m utterly blown away at Bruno’s involvement in this issue. I never even expected them to reply to my review let alone get involved in the issue. Anne at Bruno emailed me requesting some info. Bruno then contacted the dealer and Bruno’s techs are currently working with the local dealers techs on a solution to this problem. Anne at Bruno has kept me informed every step of the way. It’s quite impressive! I’ll update this review as this unfolds. 1/5/24- I completed the contact info page, per Bruno’s request and supplied my info. I will update this review if I hear back from them. 1/4/24- Purchased and installed a BRUNO CRE-2110. Installed on 2/8/1. It began having problems, stopping during use. After a few visits to troubleshoot the issue. The company that we purchased it from and that handles our routine maintenance, determined the motherboard needed to be replaced.

My Bruno lifts were delivered and installed by the date below. The installation was completed without problem and in a speedy time. I am completely satisfied with the ease of order and installation of the lifts. I am very well satisfied thus far. Thank you!
