Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Just a wonderful company to deal with, everyone should do customer service like your employees. Jennifer, Manny, Isiah, and Josh were all very friendly, professional and really knew the products well. Manny had to do some clever fabricating due to the way our basement door is so close to the stairs, and stayed until we were all satisfied with the results. If we could give you hundreds of stars, we would! We are really impressed with the build quality of our stair lifts, really well done with nice heavy fasteners and many safety features. We are extremely happy with our stair lifts.

My stair lift allows me to access my recording equipment, 100's of dvd's, books, wii games and television. I had not been able to enjoy my space since July of 2023.

GREAT SERVICE

Very easy to use. It's pretty quiet. The seat is comfy. Gets me up the stairs quickly.

So far both of us use it. It seems like a well built unit. Salesman and installation went great. Thank you

A great salesman HARRY OKULY and a great installer pleasure doing business with them. Being made in the USA made the deal sweet and having a local dealer was also great

The stair lift made the stairs safer for my wife and gave me peace-of-mind.

This is a great chair, in fact this is my second one!! I have one that goes to my second floor and the new one goes to the basement!!!! I have had the first Bruno chair for over 7 years with not one issue, so I would never buy any other brand!!!
