Happy holidays

The installation was a little bumpy. We had two service calls before they got the chairlift to function properly. The chairlift is not as smooth a ride as we had hoped, but it functions as advertised. We added a soft sided walker basket to one side to help with taking along necessities up and down the stairs. Something that is very useful for times when assistance is not readily available.

I can't say it was great. Initially the two installers had to go back to the "shop" a couple of times,to pick up a couple of things which added to the time which meant they were here most of the day. Secondly, I made a service call as the chair doesn't go all the way down smoothly but the rep who came said it was fine and normal. I still don't like it. Lastly,another service call because one morning we came down and saw the small lift facing the kitchen and we hadn't used it. That was spooky but the service tech figured out the problem and fixed it. The two lifts were on the same frequency. I could not stay in this house without the second floor lift.

Only thing is I wish it moved a bit faster (stair lift). 11-07-2025 update. Still get impatient with how slowly it moves but I love it. I can safely get up and down to my basement and I really appreciate it.

We have 2 staircases, so we installed 2 Bruno stair lifts. Overall, they’ve been very helpful, especially for my wife who continues to experience post-shingles pain which adversely affects mobility. With the stair lift, she can easily get up and down the stairs. The only reason I didn’t give the Bruno 5 stars is that the remote control is quirky, not always working very well.

the chair works fine but the joints are rough riding the remote s don't work properly but the installer is working on them

The installers came and removed all rubber noses from the stairs. They only needed to remove and trim the three that were in direct contact with the stairs. All could then have been replaced.;

Having this stair lift has relieved the leg fatigue and backpain caused by frequent trips up/down stairs. The ride has a couple slight bumps but the 180 turn around is fun. Service and Sales personnel have been quick to respond and check back occasionally.
