Installer was fantastic. So far my husband is enjoying the lift that helps him just about every day getting to dr appts. And having total access to the whole house,

My wife was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and our stairs had become a challenge for her. Our installation of a Brun stairlift was just the ticket for her safety. The installation was professional and the stairlift has operated flawlessly.

Measuring and installing
The person who came to do the measuring was very nice and answered our questions. According to the two men that came to instill it the measurements. They had a few stumbling blocks to get it working but they persisted and then they coached my husband in the proper way to use it. Didn't leave our home till all things were perfect and all people were satisfied. Thank you!

Elan straight stairlift installed by Motion Barrie
Richard, Sales Representative and Ed, Installer from Motion Barrie efficiently installed the Bruno lift on time, as promised, and clearly explained its use. They were very professional and we left a lengthy positive review on Motion Barrie website. The product Elan straight stairlift is very good quality and works flawlessly and as described. It has made a significant difference to the quality of life of the recipient.

Who Knew
Even though my husband vehemently objected to this stair lift, since it was installed he uses it all the time and is happy we have it.
