We are very happy with the Bruno product and with the installation done by 101 Mobility in Pittsburgh. The chair has made entering and exiting our home easier for my parents, and also enables my father to help with household chores he wants to do.

So far it has been great.

Brent was most accommodating getting us a new battery for our old Acorn stairlift, then getting the old one removed when we changed our flooring, and finally getting the new Bruno lift installed. I had just painted the molding down the stairs and the technician didn't even touch it. Now it's working beautifully.
