Great system, the only problem is that after only a month the lift started operating a little sketchily at one end. It probably needs a little track maintenance, not a major issue. Otherwise the system works great.

The stairlift is exactly what I am in needing for my daily routine throughout my day.

The stair lift is for the most part great. It enables me to be a bit more independent and gives me more security. Unfortunately one of the arms on the chair isn’t working properly. Hopefully that will be rectified asap. The installer notes that the arm wasn’t locking.

The stairlift is working very well. Only one change that would be helpful. A way for the chair to turn without you having to turn it yourself. Some elders do not have the strength to turn it just by using their body weight.

The convince and safety I now have is appreciated.

I was in the hospital when it was installed, recouperating at sons house in ga, Havn't had opportunity to use it until I'm well enough to return home.

So far so good. Delivery on time. Product is very solid. Only one things that needs to be improved is the chair does not rollover smoothly when it moves over the joint of connecting rail. I talked to the installer and he told me that is normal. Definitely, Bruno can definitely improve the product if what installer told me is true. Overall, definitely recommend this product to others.
