They gave us a schedule they would follow as they were performing each part of the design, fabricate, and install parts of the project, and let us know just before coming into our house to perform each of the necessary functions. They were efficient, friendly and skilled.

Product was installed properly and works well.

101 Mobility was great to work with. Cody is an excellent installer and went over everything we needed to know about operation and maintenance. A very needed help for going up and down stairs.

When we were first looking for a stair lift in March '21, I did some research, and I found that Bruno was the best company to buy. I also found that 101 Mobility was the best company to use to install it. That stair lift was for the 10 steps from our lower floor to the landing, 4 steps before getting to the upper floor. So from March '21 until late December '23, we just had that 1, and we had to walk the top 4 steps. Unfortunately, my brother could no longer walk those top 4 steps, so we had to buy the 2nd stair lift, for those 4 steps. So I didn't even bother shopping around the 2nd time; I just called 101 Mobility, and they came out very quickly, and installed the 2nd Bruno stair lift. We have never had any problems with either of the stair lifts. They are great! My brother has to use them both every time he needs to leave the house through the back door, and come into the house, also through the back door. I park the car in the back yard, so he can get into it by coming downstairs, and using his walker to get to the back door, and then outside into the car. It would be impossible for him to use the front door, and it would also be impossible to install stair lifts at the front door, the way the outdoor steps are configurated. So this back door idea, and the 2 stair lifts, is our only solution to this problem.

This amazing stairlift came at just the right time! My husband, with 20+ years dealing with Parkinson's Disease and, more recently, bone-on-bone osteoporosis of the hip, could barely make it up the stairs. These past couple of months with our stairlift have enabled him to move freely throughout our home. He now has a new hip and a wonderful ride up the stairs for the rest of his life!.

The two guides were installed well on the appointed day and they have changed our lives. My wife had a terrible hip injury and cannot now and may never be able to use our stairs. With the glides she once again has access to our entire home. She is very happy and so am I. The glides have been an enormous game changer. We can stay in and use our entire home. We have been here for 49 years.
