Our unit was installed in two hours by a very experienced crew of two. They reviewed the operation and maintenance material with us. The whole experience from the sales visit to the installation was professional and enjoyable.

We purchased a Bruno lifet from MCI Mobility Concepts, Inc. out of Fife WA. A team came and made lazer measurements. 6-8 weeks later, installation was scheduled. Within 3-4 hours the lift was completely installed with a 180 and a 90 degree turns. Has worked perfectly. We has just painted and recarpeted stairs. The pair of MCI installers made no mess. Very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency.

The gentlemen who did the install was very professional and explained exactly how it would be installed. He did a great job and only took a couple of hours. He clearly explained and demonstrated how to use the lift. He also had me use the lift which I felt was easy to use and have enjoyed using it since. I would highly recommend your company to any of my relative or friends who might need a lift. Thank you

Mike came to our house to give us a quote and chatted to us about my mother’s needs and our concerns. We ended up purchasing the Bruno based on the warranty parts. We placed our order just a few weeks before her arrival and Mike and his crew were able to accommodate the install right before she arrived. Post installation they have made a few calls to verify that everything is still working well. Mom took to it like a fish in water. 101 mobility was very responsive to all communication.
