I love the product. The staff was great to work with except I have asked them to send me a receipt 3 times without receiving one as of this date. Thank you, this product will allow me to stay in my home.

Within seven days of ordering Luc came to install. It was prompt and efficient. Within a few hours we had a stairs lift which was a big help. The only issue was it was a bit difficult to swivel around at the top of the stairs. We had thought it would swivel with the push of a button. But it did need some strength from the user to push the lever and make the chair turn. All in all it was a good purchase and Luc was terrific!

Fast service and installation.

We live in a multi-story home and my spouse was diagnosed with a fracture in both bones on one of her legs that is requiring several months with no weight bearing. We contacted our local Bruno dealer and they immediately engaged and within a couple of weeks we had a stair lift installed. We have found that it reliably functions just as we hoped it would thus solving one of the major issues with her undesirable situation.

Sales and install were perfection! The lift itself causing frustration as my husband is heavy and has difficulty getting the chair to click into place for travel to downstairs after the swivel at the top. He is tempted to dismount and walk down. Yikes. Very frightening.

I would have given it 5 stars, but I had a couple of service calls for minor issues. Other than an occasional jam, it has been working fine.

Am only giving four stars because of slow return of our state income tax credit. But the product works great, the install also was done well and promptly. The price seems reasonable. If only rating the product and install then I would give it five stars.
