Although the lift is a great help it has malfunctioned or has needed repair twice in less than 60 days. We are currently awaiting parts for repairs now. 08/08/2019

I love my Bruno Stair Lift a lot, but my chair only pivots to the left at the top of the stairs and I wish it would pivot to the right at the bottom to assist me in getting out and in, the chair rail it rides on dead ends at the bottom and doesn't continue on, if it were to go another 12 inches or so it would allow my chair to be clear of the opposite wall but the installers said no end rail piece could be installed to allow the chair to enter the flat area of the bottom of my stairs, really doesn't make much sense to me but I am only an end user.

Great installers the best..only negative comment that Leona finds the curved stair lift very noisy..

Seat could be better (e.g. Stannah)

The chairlift is really slow and makes a lot of noise. The foot rest should come out farther for your feet. Do not recommend!

We are very happy with the unit once it was finally installed but we were told 3 weeks from order it would be ready for install. It took over 2 months longer and while I understand that they may have had a period of high activity, we were not informed that the delivery date had been pushed out and we were already concerned about the 3 weeks as the Acorn lift (which we believed was an inferior product) was available to install literally the next day. The need became much greater during the gap time because of deteriorating health and it caused a lot of frustration and concern for our parents safety. Be sure you understand the true delivery time and make sure it meets your immediate needs. We highly recommend the actual unit. Top quality

Bottom foot plate is too short. Puts pressure on back of legs.

Installation was good but I thought the chair made too noise when running up and down. Installer said that was normal. After a week we noticed that the vinyl on the seat corner seat was coming apart. I then had the guy come back to look at it. He agreed and took pictures for the factory to review. I also asked him about the noise and he said the same as the first guy did "that noise was normal". Later a third guy came in, changed the seat and also "FIXED" the noise problem. We are now finally happy !!
