Bru MateReviews of brumate.com

Brumate is honestly one of my favorite companies. I’ve been a loyal customer for at least 5 years and in that time I’ve purchased many wedding and birthday gifts for friends and family, and I’ve purchased many for myself. Their products are high quality, their customer service is unmatched, and they really do their best to put out products their consumers will love. I’ve used many insulated cups before and Brumate is my favorite because of the amount of time my drink stays cold, the sleek build, and just the enjoyment of using them.

What can I say I love my Brumate and the customer service is the best I’ve experienced. Will definitely be buying more... and more!

Brumate is one of the best companies I have ever purchased from. If you ever have an issue do not hesitate to contact them. They are easy to work with and help you resolve an issue or assist with any help needed with an order or questions. ❤️

Brumate has been wonderful. I have ordered many over the last couple years and they hold up very well! As each new thing comes out I have to fight not ordering it right away if I don’t think I’ll use it often (current struggle with the backpack cooler). Lifetime customer here! I tell everyone about them and gift them often!

I have ordered gifts for myself and for favorite friends! Any time delay during the holidays was worth the wait! Terrific products that stand up to their stellar reputation. I will continue to order regardless of how long delivery takes! Kudos in every way possible.

Amazing product! Great company and immediate customer service!

I Got gifted a few brumates I absolutely love them! No more getting a warm wine from holding my glass I love it

There was an issue with a previous shipment (month ago and it still hasn’t shown up) but after reaching out to customer service the original order was refunded and a replacement sent and received within the week! Great company with great products and great customer service!!!
