Bru MateReviews of brumate.com

Have always had great delivery service!! Yes this last order is taking a little longer BUT everything is taking longer!!

I have almost every style. They never cease to amaze me with their customer service and their product output. Every color is something I think I need. I can’t drink without my Brumates keeping my drinks cold! Absolutely love and will buy many more!

Great product and amazing customer care.

Great customer service and products.

I LOVE my Brümates! They are officially my favorite gifts to give out, they are great for cold drinks and hot! I used one for my coffee and one for my energy drinks during the day but at night, it’s for my trulys!

Like many my shipment arrived late but I don’t think that warrants a poor review. Many companies were impacted by shipping delays over the holidays, and Brumate sent out multiple emails alerting of the delays. Do you really think they’d contract a logistics company knowing there would be delays that could impact their reputation and revenue due to bad reviews, refunds, and/or returns? Doubtful. I’m sincerely concerned for those leaving negative reviews. Was your Christmas/holidays ruined over this one incident? If so, there are worse things and I hope your outlook on ‘life ruining’ events is reevaluated. Great product and company, would order again. And no, this was not a ‘paid’ review.

I couldn't be happier with my Bru Mate tall can kozy and pint glass! I ordered twice and received both within 2 weeks of order date. Both items are beautiful and keep my drinks really cold. Their customer service updated me several times prior to delivery and once delivered. You won't be disappointed with a Bru Mate purchase!

BrüMate is an amazing product. I have many of their products, and they are outstanding. 1st purchase was 3 years ago. Best on the market. Great for cold and hot drinks. I use my BrüMate for my water, coffee, wine, seltzer’s, beer, and mixed drinks. The list is endless. I have given many as gifts to people who have never heard of BrüMate. They loved the product so much that they themselves made purchases. The customer service department is fantastic as well. Customer for life here!
