Bru MateReviews of brumate.com

Love all of their products! Way better than Yeti. Customer service is great to deal with. Will keep buying more products. I'm hooked.

Love my brumates. They work great and they are gorgeous. Had a couple issues with the dark aura color and some of my products had imperfections but customer service handled it ASAP and sent me replacements! Amazing customer service and awesome company. Highly recommend.

I have ordered from Brümate multiple times- needless to say I have about 30 of them between my boyfriend and I.. all different colors and sizes. We have gotten many family and friends into the brand also. They stay hot or cold for hours, and better than other brands. Their customer service is outstanding. Off all our orders I had one issue, and customer service took care of it immediately. They offered % back or a new item. Never been so satisfied with a product before. Thanks Brumate!

I haven’t had to reach out to customer service but I’ve placed 3 orders online so far and all my items arrived on time annnd not only do they fit my style but they keep my cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot-especially for this mama of 3 I was looking for this. Glad my husband came across the ad-I have everyone asking where I got my cups from and had to order some for the kids too. I think if they came out with bottles or sippy cups for the kids I’d buy those too haha

The products are amazing and the customer service is even better! I’m always ready for the next newest product to launch! Can’t say enough about this company!

Love my brumates! There’s a style for every drink. The colors are so fun and cheery. I’m definitely hooked!
