Bru MateReviews of brumate.com

We have ordered Brumates from the website and bought them in our favorite liquor store. I have given them as gifts and carry them in my purse if we are going out. I LOVE this product. It is seriously the best coozie I have ever owned. My husband and I tell everyone about them and at least one of our couple friends are hooked. I will definitely continue my collection.

When I first heard about Brümate I was extremely skeptical. I wondered if this product was worth the cost and if I would actually use it. Eventually I ordered my first product from them which ended up being for the slim can seltzers such as Truly and White Claw. I was so impressed when I received my order. Not only was the packaging beautiful but it was also functional and the product did exactly what they expected it to do. I ordered Christmas presents from brümate and was a part of the holiday shipping snafu they experienced with one of their partners. They were extremely understanding and were willing to work with me in order to get me the products that I ordered before Christmas and ensured that I had an amazing experience. Just for this reason and for their customer service alone I would give them 5 stars. Not only that, their product is extremely versatile and not only that it is esthetically pleasing. I cannot recommend people try this company's products enough and every time I go out anywhere I always have at least 1 brew mate but usually I bring several so that way my friends can try them and so that they can become as obsessed with this company as I am. I truly hope that new customers do not see these shipping reviews and assume that this is indicative of their normal day-to-day operations and customer service. This company always goes above and beyond to ensure that you have a good experience and stands behind their product 100% and just for that I believe that they deserve your business.

Besides the product being amazing and exactly as described every time, the customer service is the best! With many shipping delays during the holidays, customer service did their best trying to fix many things that were even beyond their control.

High quality in each product!

The absolute BEST Customer Service for situations out of their control!! Many stocking stuffers that made Christmas quite fun!!

I absolutely love brümate! I can’t not say enough good things about there customer service team. It is by far the best I have ever dealt with. I placed an order during the Black Friday sale and it was a few weeks that went by that I have not received it which by far is not normal from the many other orders I have placed throughout months prior. Not to long after I reached out I got an email from the CEO and the customer service team advising of the delay which again is not normal. In the response they were very prompt with shipping out a replacement order and with in five days I received my order. I will always recommend brümate to everyone!

I love all of my Brumate purchases. I have probably over 20 different items. All work very well to keep my beverage either hot or cold. We recently went on a road trip and took our growler filled with ice and water and it stayed iced cold for the 2 days of driving. I have gotten my friends hooked on buying Brumate as well. If you want a great product and a company that values its customers this is it.

I have multiple types of BrüMate’s in different colors! I absolutely love them all!! I need all the colors of all the things! I’ve always had great experiences with my orders!
