By far the best company out there! These are better than any other beverage cup out there! The customer service is amazing....best I have come into contact with yet!

I ordered for the second time and couldn’t wait to get my items. I loved my first products so much I had to try new ones. I had a Slim and Trio and ordered a Pint and champagne this time. I got one in glitter merlot and it was so worth it! I highly recommend! Keeps my drinks cold and they are so stylish!

Brumate is a fantastic company with very high standards of quality not only in product but in customer service as well. I placed several orders between November and December mostly for Christmas gifts. There was a HUGE problem with shipping due to no fault of the Brumate Company but because so many people were ordering online this holiday season. I was worried some of my packages were going to arrive after Christmas even though I had ordered them before thanksgiving, but to my surprise the last 2 of my packages arrived on Christmas Eve! Just In Time!

I’ve been a fan of this company for a couple of years now. It started with one glitter merlot uncorked wine cup and has evolved into about 20 different products, with many on the wishlist. I’ve only ever had one issue, where they shipped the wrong color. The customer service couldn’t have been better or faster. My favorite is the imperial pint, which I use DAILY to keep my water nice and ice-cold.

FANTASTIC!! From the product to the customer service you can’t go wrong with brumate. They dominate with cold, hot, bottled & canned beverages or heck even soup & ice cream. I can’t think of using anything but them ever again.

Every experience I have had with Brumate has been exceptional. I have had them mess up but if I email customer service I get the most amazing service and prompt accommodations. Recently over the holidays, I placed an order that ended up being out of stock when they were fulfilling it, I was contacted within a couple days and given a choice to pick any color in the same product without a price difference. I always feel so well taken care of.

Brumate have great quality and I have ordered several in the past year..Brumate has great customer service and a CEO who reaches out to his customers..
